Highly recommend!! My daughter who goes to Keene State College had her car die on her in the parking lot of her apartment building about a mile from Tom's garage. I saw the great reviews for him and now I know why. I called and told him her car wouldn't start and where it was located and that I was 45 minutes away. He said no sense in you driving down let me drive over to it and see if I can get it going for her without having to get it towed. He met her within 10 minutes and was able to get it started so she could drive it to his shop. Within an hour it was fixed and she was able to drive it away and the price was very reasonable. Now that is what I call awesome customer service!!
Always VERY honest! And reasonable. Have an ancient Subaru that I want to keep driving, but can't put a lot of money into, he takes good care of it for me and doesn't have me spend if I don't need something. Had an item fail at Subaru of Keene, took it to him for replacing, told me it was fine.
