Absolute Crooks! Ripped off my son several hundred dollars only to diagnose the problem we brought it in for! Didn't run a smoke test or take anything apart, just sniffed around under it, plugged it in and decided that was several hundred dollars worth of work. Avoid this place at all costs especially if you're undereducated with cars. Don't line these scumbags pockets.

Gary and his crew are great. 96 Land Cruiser (176000 miles) with engine sounds that others identified as all kinds of things. Was looking at needing a new ($10 000!), refurbished, or used engine. Gary was willing to work with me no matter what I decided, but he was pretty sure it was bad rod bearings and explained exactly why. Long story made short, he opened up the bottom of my engine without pulling it, replaced the rod bearings, main bearings, and measured / polished the crankshaft, all for much less money than I was looking at for even my cheapest of other options. He explained everything very clearly and without question he is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. I just passed 1000 miles on the LC since his repairs and my engine is running great. I highly recommend G& R and will be back to see them again.
Brought my 2002 BMW down with some ABS issues that my regular mechanic could not diagnosis or fix. G&R diagnosed and fixed in a very reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount of money. Would highly recommend
