They don't nickel and dime you, they don't rip people off and they don't try to do more work than what is needed to make a quick buck. They're honest, get things fixed quickly but with superb quality, transportation is provided to and from the service center, if needed, and their communication is amazing! Friendly service but very poor communication and my car wouldn't even start when I went to pick it up. Ended up paying $130 for a throttle cable adjustment that takes about 10 minutes. They let me know I had a bad sensor, but instead of contacting me and asking about replacing it they just left it. Failed to call me back or update me on my vehicle. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Worst car service I have ever received. I just had to get a battery changed so I was present for the repair. The guy was swearing and wicked pissed off that he had to work on my car. Excuse me that's your job!! He kept answering his cell phone and it sounded like he had other places to be...very rude. After he was done he was complaining about all the paperwork he had to do now. He literally made me feel bad about bringing my car in because it was such a burden to him. The cleaning guy did chat with me for a bit and he was very nice; he was the only good part about this experience.
