Our car broke down on the way to our vacation rental in Northern NH, it was close to closing and I had the car towed there, they fit me in and got all of the work done before our return trip. Very professional, skilled techs and great communication. Penny was an absolute lifesaver for us, and saved our vacation.

Vacationing when an under extended warrantee problem came up. Rushed service center sucked up the water in the front from clogged line from passenger carpet but didn't do the back carpet. Looked at TRADE and sales manager did that time delay thing before giving a quote. But Subaru as a company that cares is top notch.
LOYALTY GOES FAR WITH ME!! I bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy back in 2009 from Subaru of Keene with a "lifetime warranty" on the power train, with high hopes that I would never really have to worry about high cost repairs. The stipulation was as long as you do all services and major check ups ( which are not cheap). Well all the major check ups were done on the Legacy. I had 2 out of the bunch that were done on the car a little late due to the service department being to busy to take the car in on my schedule and my schedule being to busy to bring it in so needless to say the services were late BUT DONE and paid for. Not knowing that I've been paying the high cost service for the past 65000 miles to keep this Warranty, i found out it's been void since then, and now that I needed it the Warranty company and Subaru of Keene have left me high and dry with a very expensive repair cost that I could have had done elsewhere knowing I didn't have the warranty any more..... Lesson to all, if you have a warranty from Subaru make sure that you do not go over the mileage required for all services or your car will no longer be warrantied and Subaru will not tell you at the time!!! I myself feel very let down by the service dept at Subaru of Keene and will not be returning for any future work or purchases!
