Called the GM and requested a return phone call. Obviously, he does not care about previous sales, and it has been 2 days and NO return call.

The 'manager' was extremely rude to my boyfriend. He went in for a check engine light..... THE DAY HE GOT IT. They fixed the 02 sensor but the oil consumption, brake job and front end issue was never solved and ever since then it's gotten worse and they don't care. It was bought with a warranty and they said we were not eledigable for GAP insurance after being first time buyers you would think they would treat you with loyalty and respect. I would NEVER send ANYONE here not even my worst enemy. The only good thing about this place is the recon department they do an amazing job other then that i wouldn't even give this place one star

It is worth going to a real PROFESSIONAL CADILLAC DEALER who does provide good service, gives instructions prior to leaving the dealership and a General Manager that has the professional courtesy to return calls.

It's now Thursday afternoon, I've called a couple times and left messages for my salesperson and Jirad with no replies.

The sales person did not know anything about the car, and therefore I left without any instructions. Now I need help.

I had to make an unscheduled emergency visit on January 21 right before they closed. I first speed at the VT location but their service depot ha already closed but a salesman called over to the NH location and they stayed own long enough for me to get there. The guys there were extremelynice and got me in and out. They diagnosed my Acadia and told me I was safe to keep driving, since I was about 500 miles away from home and they wouldn't be open until after the weekend for service. I felt so much relief knowing I was safe and that my car wasn't going to explode on the drive, which it sounded and behaved life it would. It turned out to be only a bad battery my dealer at home found out, but it was making everything else go haywire! Is recommend Fairfield to anyone! I got some grief from a couple dealers at home who wanted to charge me 300 to 500 dollars to just diagnose the car, so I'd seriously consider buying my next vehicle here, even though it's so far away. Everyone I met was very professional and polite- not something you find every day anymore! Thank you SO much!

I would not buy anything from this auto group. Purchased Cadillac XT5, sun roof did not work upon delivery. Claimed they fixed it, but now first time to try after 7 months, and it does not work. Very poor quality service.

Terrible sales experience on a used car. Paid the asking price and they acted like we were getting one over on them. We waited a week so they could do the repairs that were already supposed to have been done. Then it took 8 more days for them to get the title so we could register it.

****update***** it's been a week now and still nothing.

My name is Tim Gagnier, I think I was forgotten about by this dealership. I checked out a Nissan Frontier on Saturday and was approved but the payment was too much because my credit is a little challenging. I was told they will shop a couple banks and get back to me on Monday. At 530pm I called because I hadn't heard from them. I left a message and someone called me back stating they were going to try calling my bank.

I called my bank and was told that nobody had called them. I guess I'll keep looking elsewhere. It's a shame because my salesperson Heather was great. I looked forward to doing business with Fairfields because of her.
