Excellent customer service, they take the time to explain any problems that they find during normal service. They give you a quote for any service you requir and do the work in a timely manner. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Hit/Miss. It totally depends who you have helping you, and how their day is going. I get it, selling cars is stressful. Most of the staff is super helpful though. (Just don't treat women differently please! Some of us do, indeed, know how to drive :) ty!)
This place is amazing. We purchased our first Hyundai here. Bought our 2nd one at Autofair Hyundai and within two weeks we had everything transferred to Keene. Huge difference in customer service and quality. We will never use Autofair again. Next time we will be purchasing through Keene.
