She hurt me several times, cut me! When I asked her to be more gentle she got really angry with me & began talking about me in Vietnamese to the others. I told her when a customer says they were hurt or cut the only response should be I am sorry!
Their nail polish is all old & out dated.
Worst manicure ever. She was aggressive and it hurt, even made me bleed with the cuticle clippers. Never saw her sanitize them before or after that. She put my hand in a bowl of cold water, who knows if it had been changed at all that day! The basic mani I got didn't even get a top coat, the polish bubbled, the whole thing was destroyed by the next day. I still had ragged cuticles when I left! I rarely get to spend money on such frivolous things so this was very upsetting to me.

So rude! Owner's wife is so aggressive & rude to her customers. Customers come in & say hello & she wont smile, wont say hello! Juat says 15 minute, pick your color!
What a waste of money. Such a rude & disrespectful experience. All they do is talk in Chinese, and make fun of people. Never going here again, only to get a refund. By the way, don't bother calling because they never ever answer their damn phone.

Some of the guys are nice & caring but for the most part this place should be shut down for how terrible they treat their customers! Who do they think pays them? No appreciation or respect for their customers at all!

Beauty Nail's is the worst nail salon I've ever set foot in. The oldest man staff member fought with me over every suggestion I'd made...even at the request of removal of my previous set. He cut through 2 of my nail bed's causing immense bleeding and pain in both fingers. He then proceeded to file the SKIN around it until my finger was raw. He then spent 30 minutes filing my nails in a shape closet to a choad than a coffin, and topped it all off by charging me the whopping $50 fee. Keeping in mind I, a women who gets new sets bi-weekly at a much lesser cost with much greater quality. If you care about your nail's health or personal apperience, Beauty Nails is the LAST place to go.
