The product line is great.. The staff, however, not so much. It's a shame. I've loved every other SalonCentric I've ever been to, but every time I stop in at the Keene location, I receive terrible service from employees and even one manager. I live closer to Keene, but I've decided to confine my SC visits to the Manchester or Massachusetts locations.
