Michael's has I decent product selection, I will give them that. However, most over their products are consistently and dramatically marked up so as they can then offer "huge" sales... which essentially bring the price back down to a more reasonable price. So much of what is sold there is "Made in China". Also, it seems the management (whether local or corporate) feels it is necessary to move things around in the store quite often.
So many new yarn colors. Prices on everything except frames was very affordable
All in all, it can be worth stopping here to pick something up if one needs it and it is on sale, or to wander around for inspiration, but not my first choice of stores for all art and craft supply purchases.
Standard large Michael's store. Recently remodeled to that annoying layout that corporate has decided to use. Employees do their best but seem a little overworked/understaffed. Prices are high, but that's standard for this chain.
