For what it is, this Applebee's is perfectly fine. If you like Applebee's food and decor and all that jazz then you'll be fine with this franchise because it's just like every other one out there. As of the summer of 2017 the staff are nice enough, but obviously not too enthusiastic about working there. The thing is that unless it's 10pm and you have no other options, don't go to Applebee's. There's so many amazing restaurants in the Keene area with similar prices and menus that there's no real reason to go to an Applebee's. Support local businesses, try new things, eat amazing food. Don't default to the big chains and eat uninspired focus group food unless you have no other option
I'm giving a 3 star, only because the turn-over there is pretty high. I feel like this is pretty typical for restaurants like this though. But I can definitely say, the service is totally unpredictable. Sometimes amazing A+! Sometimes you kinda want to walk out without paying hahah. If you have an event, or family coming, I recommend The Stage, or Lucas for sure!
Great staff, decent food and prices, good margaritas (both dollar and pricier ones).
Really good service. The staff opened and held the door for my elderly mother. The waitress was excellent, and the food was really good. It's a good spot.
