My wife and I bought a mattress from here tonight and we were beyond pleased with the customer service from Joe and the quality of the products. We got personal one on one attention, we were fitted for our mattress . Joe took the time to recognize the style of mattress that i liked the most and the style that my wife liked and he was able to combine our preferences into the perfect mattress for us. His expertise was amazing and we are beyond happy with our mattress. Great customer service great prices!
Brenda the store manager spent a huge amount of time and energy (even past closing!)educating and supporting us in choosing a new mattress.its a big purchase! Her knowledge of product and great personality are a winning combo! We are really pleased with mattress and the best pillows we have ever laid our heads on. (Must haves) I encourage everyone I know to go there and invest in the best nights sleep you can have.up your quality of life!!
My boyfriend and i where thinking about getting a new bed but, didn't really want a cheap bed that would only last a year or two. My boyfriend told me he went in to mattress firm and met with Tawnya and Joseph and that they really wanted the both of us to come in and check out what they had to offer! So yesterday we did and we walked out getting a new bed! We are also happy we got to work with Tawnya and Joseph! They told us all the small details that we probly wouldn't have asked. Overall i would recommend anyone getting a new bed to go check them out!!!
Walking into a mattress store and thinking 'wow, I've got to try out all of these?' is pretty daunting. This experience was nothing like that. Sure- there was that first moment of seeing all of the mattresses lined up, but Brenda- and Joe- focus on excellent customer service, and that made the experience easy. They were both super friendly, explained the really simple, color-coded system for helping narrow down what we liked, and left us to try out everything. When we looked ready, the process of actually committing to a mattress was easy as the staff is very knowledgeable and will work with you on finding something great within your budget. We left not only feeling really happy with our choice, but feeling like they went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied. I can't recommend this location and the staff there enough- lovely people!
My husband and I went to Mattress Firm just intending to try out different mattresses and basically window shop. We were greeted by Brenda LaForte who was not only friendly and very knowledgeable but she was kind and funny as well. She gave us all our buying options and was respectful of our budget while not being a typical pushy salesperson. She gave us space to discuss options and was able to get us an amazing deal on the mattress that we both loved! Anyone in the market for a new bed should definitely shop here!
