Overall State Farm insurance is adequate. However, as for customer service; they are severely lacking at the Ed Kingsbury State Farm Office on West St, Keene, NH. My suggestion is to go elsewhere for insurance or at the very least another State Farm Office.

Customer service is non-existent. The woman answering the phone was abrupt, with no interesting in helping. The person I was representing will be moving their policies due to lack of support from this agency.
