In addition, earlier in the year, they said they would run my husband's work with the insurance company before they did it. But it turned out they lied and told us after they slammed us with a $200 bill that they had just assumed it would be covered. Even Aspen Dental is better.
They cancelled my appointment, because their employee didn't show up to work, and pushed my appointment out 7 months so I lost my insurance benefit.
My visit was a very positive experience. There were several things that happened that made the visit a stand-out. The hygienist explained everything she was doing by what it feels like, which was really helpful and re-assuring. She provided before and after pictures! Amazing. The staff and Dr. Brandt were very nice. I appreciated the positive attitudes, which helped me feel less nervous. Thank You.
There is no other Dentist out there that even comes close to Dr. Perry and his entire staff! The Professionalism, caring and State of the Art dentistry is just unbelievable. This office is so fine tuned to your needs and the Doctor explains everything as they work. Dr.Perry is so educated on the direct care of all his patients. You are going to be amazed with what he can do for you. Love this entire staff so much that they are like family.
