If it allowed zero stars or negative stars I would have checked that. Do not go here! They will lie to you and they do not honor their guarantees!!! They have ruined my smile and destroyed my self esteem. They will try to get you to do unnecessary procedures because they get bonuses. God forbid you ever complain because then they will treat you disrespectfully and avoid your calls. I could go on and on but after getting off of a call with the retail manager kristy, I was told too bad. Dr Christy decided he was right and would not help me or even refund the money for a ill fitting lower that cracked my teeth. I brought it back before 90 days and was told to hold onto it until they discussed it. Of course tonight I was told there is no record of me trying to return it. Don't bother calling their customer satisfaction line because whatever the dentist tells them I was informed they stand behind. They listen to your complaints but I was told they have control over what their dentists say or do! Really!!!! Look at the consumer complaints website and you will see hundreds of bad reviews! If this helps one person avoid being seen there and your appearance ruined and your self esteem destroyed then I will write thousands of reviews! Please get second opinions, aspen dental isn't the only place that gives free consultations and X-rays!
Very professional and expedient. The oral surgeon had me in and out in less than hour. From checking in, being numbed, 4 teeth extracted in less than 20 minutes and checked out was less than one hour total time. I didn't even need the pain meds after the surgery because the job was done so well.

Everyone at the Keene location is friendly and kind. The procedures were well explained at the onset and every step of the way and my comfort was asked after frequently. The billing was open and transparent; no hidden or surprise fees. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so! :)
