This place needs to be shut down. The owner is a raging lunatic who will assault you over trash (even if your a customer). He has done it and had the cops called NUMOROUS times. How is this place still open??? Why would anyone give this maniac money? Please please do not go here... unless you like trash being dumped on you in your car!!!
Terrible place! Owner threw my trash bags back in my car because he thought I wasn't going to use the vacuum, which i was after i got rid of two bags - but he started yelling at me so i left. He ran up alongside my car and threw the trash bags back in my face.
Place is a joke. I went there to clean the inside of my car. Before using the vacuum I tossed out the trash in my car. The owner then approached me and yell "if your not paying to use my equipment then get the hell out of here." I told him I was vacuuming my car. I used the vacuum then left never to return. Thank God Mint Car Wash opened. Owner and staff are great people. Key Road car wash in my opinion is very unprofessional.
The owner harrassed me over a small amount of trash asked if i was going to wash or vacuum. Then told me to take my trash back and leave. Guy sucks and so does his business. Do not recommend his business.
Owner assaulted me while I was at his business. As a regular customer I never expected to be verbally berated or have a can of trash dumped ON MY PERSON by him AFTER removing my trash from his cans like he asked. All simply because I didn't have time to use one of his other services that day. Owner is very mentally unstable and I would not recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you have children. He had no problem screaming at me and assaulting me in front of my 5 year old.
