Everyone here is so genuine and kind. It's a great place to shop since they are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The cute pup is an integral part of their staff, boosts shop moral! Great prices and also awesome sales!
Incredible service! Very competitive prices! Great selection for all sizes and styles! I live in Virginia but have family in the area who directed me to go to Norm's. Norm's is my bike shop now with JC and Patty, I won't go anywhere else. They set me up with a great road bike and then I brought my young daughter in for her first mountain bike.
While I waited, they suggested places I could shop in town or maybe try out another bike. So I decided to check out another bike that Brad, the nicest bike guy ever, helped me with. Before I knew it, I was riding around the parking lot with a smile on my face! And then the Trek I was interested in was ready, and Brad stayed by to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Norm's is simply awesome! I went in to try out a Trek that I'd been told over the phone was on the floor, but when I got there, I found out the person I spoke with was mistaken. I was pretty grumpy about that, but it didn't last long: They immediately had a mechanic stop what he was doing and assemble the size Trek I wanted right then and there!
I don't know the names of the nice woman up front or the mechanic who quickly assembled the bike, but they all rock the casbah!! I highly recommend this shop for its laid-back, yet professional courtesy to all their customers. They so completely demonstrated what excellent service is all about: going above and beyond to make (and keep) their customers happy! Thank you, Norm's! You made my day! :-}
This shop is awesome. We bought 6 bikes there so far over 3 years. We drive 45 minutes each way to shop at Norms. Worth the trip.
