They charge you huge fees and don't do much to help residents. They spend all their time writing nasty-grams to people who have a car parked crooked or a trash bin out of place. No compassion for the seniors who live there and have a hard time keeping their lawns perfect.

They absolutely do not like young residents, period. Never have I ever received so many eviction notices after having bought and paid in full for my home and paid rent on time every month. My evictions came from events such as not completing to paint my entire porch within 24 hours after having started the day before and also one for having a strange vehicle blare their horn at my house while I wasn't home. The one that really gets me, is when I went into my backyard and found my yard dug up with giant holes with exposed broken plugs and wires ; along with the worker's dirty shirt hanging off of my furnace ; I sent a letter to them asking to please pick up after themselves because that upcoming week was my date to bring home my ( expected and accepted ) puppy and that next day I received an eviction notice for "having a dog without them knowing". As for their senior residents, the neighbor across from my lot had fell and her next door neighbors watched then walked away. My fiancé at the time and I noticed and rushed over and got her the medical attention she needed. My experiences lead me to believe they are hypocritical and irresponsible owners. Rent and buy at your own risk.

Horrible place to live rent goes up every year and theyre strict assholes...nothings allowed on your portch and if you have kids that lile to have yard toys...kiss em goodbye...half the neighbors are cool, half are assholes amd the office is a huge pain in the ass....dont bother comimg here to live, youd do better and have less stress being homeless.

Not for young couples and families!

A little pricey and the community is close nit and unfortunately nosey. Aside from that, you can exist in this life in much worse places.

Tolerable. It's very cleaned up, compared to 15 years ago, for sure. But I think they've gone a bit overboard. The lot rent is more costly than an apartment, and includes next to nothing. (no plowing driveways, or utilities.) They only cover trash pick up, and they're extremely particular about it. You have to have your garbage bin out of view from the street, which sounds fine, but I assure you, they will come onto your actual property (deck porch, breezeway...etc...) and harass you if your brand new waste bin is next to your shed in an overhang specifically built for trash bins, with a gate in front of it. Apparently, because it's technically visible, it's unacceptable, even though it looks perfectly well kept and clean. So! now I have an old rotted slab of dirty plywood leaning on my beautiful shed in front of my bin to hide it, and they gave me thumbs up. lol
