We worked with one of the agents, and she was very helpful at the time. In fact, we would rate that particular agent 5 stars. We grew to really like her, and wish we had a better overall experience with the agency; however, due to several issues with properties, our perception of reoccurring issues in properties listed by certain agents, I could not rate this agency more than 1 star. In fact, I wish individual agents could be rated, because I can't rate all of the agents with 1 review.
