I absolutely LOVE this store!! All of the staff members are very sweet, knowledgeable, and welcoming every time I go to or call the store. Any question I may have, they either have the answer, or know how I can get it. I feed very fortunate to have such a wonderful store like this in my town/city!! (I also love the rewards program!)
This store is awesome! Someone is always willing to help and answer questions whether it be about dogs, cats, fish, sugar gliders etc.. Looking for fish or to start at new aquarium or terrarium, talk to Tony! Tony is very knowledgeable and experienced, he's help me building my "monster fish" tank and has been a tremendous help! Awesome with our 2 small children and their 500 questions twice a week, rewards program is effective and convenient, creatures are always in the best possible care, if they don't have it they will get it without the run around. We Love this store, and for the foreseeable future will always be made point to be part of our plans twice a week! P.s. fish day is like Christmas, you never know what awesome new fish Tony will bring in!
The only reason this store doesn't get 5 stars is because the store lacks in green/self-sufficient construct and systems. The staff I've encountered are very knowledgeable and they have high quality version of every product that I've ever shopped for their. They also have a decent rewards program and are locally owned. You can see that they care about animals.
This store is lacking in customer service. We went in to get supplies for our new puppy. My wife asked about which food we should purchase, she was told to " read the bags or ask that guy over there" the guy he pointed to was a vendor rep who only wanted to talk about the brand of food he is a vendor for. The country part of this store is gone and it now feels like it's all about the latest pet supply fad. No help was offered while my wife carried out a bag of food and the crate we got. (I had the dog and two bags) Another customer helped to get the crate out.
