While I managed to get the trailer I needed that day, the staff was rude, unprofessional and seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. The employee I dealt with had an immediate attitude when I came in to tell him I was there to pick up, and only gave short irritable answers when I asked questions. Additionally, I don't much appreciate being talked down to.
They are as helpful as you would assume U-Haul employees would be. The prices are what they are.
Yep thats the pricks picture right on the top of the page very rude. Cant believe this guys the manager someone needs to fire him even its his father ,would never go back.
Talked to 2 different people. Put on hold until Customer service answered, told them what I needed. Was transferred back to Keene and was told "we don't have it for that vehicle". 17 minutes of my life that I can never get back.
The customer service was great and the truck was a big help.
