Subs good tasting and quality, could use more meat though not paper thin like at Subway. Clean , good employees. Bad is price. $9 for 6 inch sub. Bottom line: good for traveler unfamiliar with area lIke myself. If familiar with Keene area probably could get better and less expensive sub at some local delis.
Sandwiches are "good". Better than Subway. I asked a few questions because I've only been there once before and got an attitude. Sorry, Chief. I'm not a "regular". Probably never will be based on the crappy service. Managers, tell your people to grow a personality learn something about customer service. If I'm going to pay these prices for a sub (which frankly I can make better at home), you better serve with a smile and at least pretend you want to help me. This is the ONLY negative Google review I've ever given.
I was visiting my Dad in Keene, NH from out of state and he took me down to this little sub place. I really had no expectations, other than thinking it would be the same tasting subs that I have had everywhere else.Well I was so wrong... I have had ALOT of Steak & Cheese subs, but this one left me breathless. OMG I never had a sub that literally melted in my mouth. The bread was so fresh, the way they do the melted cheese and the large portion of steak is incredible.. Even the way they wrapped it up to go was something I never saw before.. I know from now on when I come to visit my Dad in Keene, NH, I will make a stop at Jersey Mike's Subs.. Best subs I have ever tasted..
Excellent meats sliced fresh to order. Somewhat pricey but still highly worth a visit.
I just left the Jersey Mike's Subs, 364 Winchester St., Keene, NH and the subs were great quality. The place was immaculate, including the bathrooms. The staff was friendly & very helpful. This is a great and healthy alternative to other fast food restaurants in the area. The roast beef was Angus & very lean. They also have a 99 percent fat free turkey sub.
