Cheap. People there are mouth breathers. Rewards membership (read: punch card) is decent. Lots of creeps nearby.
Wonderful staff! Thought I was going to just do laundry. Turns out I now go to have great conversations ....laundry doesn't seem so tedious anymore! :)
We were regulars. The place isn't anything spectacular but it was within walking distance and nice enough. The worst experiences we had were several machines regularly out of order, once a drier ran too hot, and an employee that tended to hover way too much, but nothing serious. Today my partner went across the street to check on how many punches our Suds Club card had to go until a free wash and to get quarters while our son and I sorted our laundry so we could plan how much to bring. While she was getting quarters the owner read her the riot act about taking their quarters. She tried to explain and even asked the employee there to vouch that we were regulars and do this often. The owner refused to let the employee answer and called my partnerr a liar. Use this place with caution. It's a decent place when the owner isn't around publicly humiliating customers and calling them liars.
Old and somewhat beat up tanning booths, but very decent prices when buying packages. About $15 for 3 tans, with 2 extra for free. End result is about $3 per session when a single goes for almost $8.
