I had purchased my fiancee's engagement ring there and had such a positive experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helped me choose a ring style and were considerate of my budget. I didn't feel rushed or get "the hard sell" and left with confidence that I had picked the right one! Thankfully, she said yes! We returned to pick out wedding bands later and worked with Billie-Jo and again, she made it so easy and was wonderful to work with. The work was performed will and at a very good price. The showroom is bright and well laid out, and the old bank vault is very interesting. I'll be back for future purchases

Whether there clandestinely to buy a gift for my wife or when we have gone together the entire process from walking in to leaving has been simply awesome. All of the salespeople have listened to what I was looking for, the price range I was looking at & the reason for the gift. They then always led me to the piece I wanted. Stephani is a delight to work with. My husband went in looking for a 45th anniversary ring with sapphire and diamonds. She helped him make a beautiful choice and encouraged him to return the ring for any reason. I loved the ring but the size was too small so we went back so I could look at other choices.
