Staff are very friendly and helpful, but I cannot rely on their "mailing service" to send me my birth control. I've had this problem 3 times now, and I will no longer be going here. Every time I brought the issue ip, they take my address (that they never have on file for some reason) and tell me i should get my pill packs in the mail in about 2 weeks. I've finally given up on them, and it has now been 5 months that I have not gotten my BC pills. Very disappointing, and dangerous for someone who actually needs them to prevent pregnancy.
Every time I have gone into Planned Parenthood, I have always left feeling like I was well taken care of. I will never go anywhere else for my sexual and reproductive health, as the doctor and staff are truly amazing!
I used them for many of my peace corps required medical exams. PAs and doctor were extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. Honestly I don't think I have ever been treated so well at a medical facility.
