What a Planet Fitness should be. This is a gorgeous, welcoming place that you'll excited to go to to work out! 12 minute abs is my favorite but the 30 minute workout is a close second. Other franchise owners should be trained by this owner. Top notch
Paying $20/month, i don't expect to be wow-ed, but a very basic understanding of how to deal with an unsatisfied PAYING customer sure would be nice.

I really like it here! The people are nice & you can't beat the price. I need to go more but that's on me. The equipment is always in good shape & 99% of the time working. I like how they have the upgraded version as well as the regular one. I didn't need the upgraded one for very long so I stopped using it & my transition down to the regular one was simple. I met with a trainer who gave me a great plan that I wanted to follow but I ended up just doing my own thing. I love that they always tell me to have a good workout & they never fail to say goodbye, even when you don't think they're paying attention or they're busy. It makes me happy to know that they're acknowledging me & they care about their jobs. The owner has put hard work into this place & you can really tell, it shows. I'm a proud member!
Okay? So I'm lying? I LIKE paying for a gym i no longer go to? Because one of your employees told me she would "go ahead and cancel it for me" over the phone. Great, you think everyone that works for you is a saint.
Great gym and very friendly staff. My only request is for a rowing machine. This piece of equipment is a staple in any gym and I was surprised that they did not have one with the numerous cardio pieces of equipment. An area to deadlift with a flat bar would also be great but I can't see that happening anytime soon. Overall a great gym and the best Planet Fitness I have ever been to.

From the first day I started going with my bff as her guest workout buddy. The staff and other members were extremely helpful and outgoing. If ever I don't understand how the equipment is used, I feel comfortable enough just to ask . My experience was so great that I got my own membership after 2 weeks. I now try to go 3 to 5 days a week..his coming from couch potato who haven't done gym time since the 90s.. Coming to planet fitness has been my life saver from stress medication.. which I not longer have to take.. I think the staff are very polite and respectful of their members. And anyone who comes in the doors.
Manager is rude and offered no explanation for my getting misinformed about cancelling my membership. I asked her "can you at least understand why i am frustrated? I was told something that was not true, and now i am literally paying for it."
