I ordered a wrap at the deli, the young man working took the order, made the wrap, wrapped it in paper and put the price on it. I took it to the front to cash out and the owner argued with me about what i actually ordered and charged me $2 extra, the price of the sandwich she thought i got. I explained what i ordered, she explained very curtly that's not what i got. I was in a rush so i didn't argue further, paid 2 more dollars than the price that was written in thick black marker on my sandwich. She pressed the change in my palm in a rude and bitchy manner and i left. Not the way to treat customers, surprised they're even in business.
Great food, convenient, friendly staff.
Excellent subs. Lots of meat and toppings. An assortment of home-made salads. Half of the staff are friendly, but the other half gets the job done well.
