The gentlemen in the office were friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait to be attended to and the paperwork went quickly. I was on my way in a nice car much more quickly than I had anticipated.
The people there are just a pleasure to deal with. Easy in and out. No hassles.
It's a great place as far as them helping you when you need a rental bc your normal car is in an accidental. However, the process to rent a car is ridiculous and what they expect or need are things that many people do not have access to, but have other options that they do not accept. The building is in an uncomfortable spot and is very small. The staff are friendly but do not offer a lot of help as far as sending you to another place (usave) to rent a car without needing to have credit cards and a large amount of money up front, and that is more affordable than they are.
the car was dirty, I had to clean the glass twice to be able see out of it. The drop off at BDL was even worse then the car. Rude , arrogant people who did not want to come off break to check the car in. Back to Budget I go!!
