It's a very peaceful and public place.
I bring my kids here all the time. It's a great place to play, cook out, read a book, or sports
I grew up in this park and I could say it's got some of the most gorgeous and natural sites and trails in the whole Keene, NH area. There is a cool bike path that leads to the other side of the city and takes only for 45 minutes to walk. give or take. Look for a street called Appel Way! Its worth the time.
