Have a problem with getting info on my accounts by phone. Just started this month and NO ONE seems to be able to fix it. Have talked to many wonderful TD employees and they try and try again but its not working. Should be some one that they can go to, too fix my problem but apparently there isn't. Didn't go to 100 main, but T D Bank, doesn't seem to have proper back up for its very good people who have to deal with the public.
Easily the most rude tellers I've ever dealt with. The manager is especially rude snd condescending to customers !

Worst customer service ever. Over an hour wait to replace a debit card. Not acceptable. Train your tellers to do simple things, or make sure your customer service people take shorter breaks at lunch time when your customers actually have time to come in. Ridiculous.
Made an appointment to sit down and get a mortgage. Was told upon arrival "I just don't have time to do this right now" by banker. Went to another bank directly after without an appointment and was immediately taken care of.
